Commissioner for Entrance Exams CEEE will oversee the allotment of MBBS and BDS seats in the state of Kerala and it’s decision will be final and binding on all the medical colleges of Kerala.

CEE issued a press release regarding this and the fees fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee will be implemented and all students who get MBBS admission have to follow the fee structure.

The students who will be allotted seats in the 2nd round of NEET 2017 counseling have to deposit the fees on the same day at the Counseling venue itself..

.Further Rs. 5 lac from every NRI quota seat will be kept aside and will be given to Below Poverty Line Students in the form of scholarships.

In our opinion providing such scholarships is a very good step. Students from middle class families who cannot afford high fees in India go for mbbs abroad every year as Foreign Government Medical Universities offer opportunities of MBBS Admission Abroad at low cost.
