MBBS Admission 2017 Latest News: Kerala – 650 plus Medical seats vacant after 2nd round

The 2nd round of counseling for NEET 2017 has concluded in Kerala and still a huge number of seats are vacant.

There are 11 self-financed private colleges in Kerala having approx. 1,250 seats. Only 604 candidates have confirmed admission after paying fees out of 798 who were allotted a seat.

Situation in Government Medical Colleges is no different. Nearly 74 seats are vacant out of 1,063 total MBBS seats in 9 Government Medical Colleges.

Candidates from Kerala are considering study MBBS abroad option due to high fees in Private Medical Colleges.
