Indian Students loose 8,000 MBBS seats in India for 2017-18 academic session
Nearly 68-70 Private Medical Colleges in India failed to comply with the rules & regulations of MCI as a result they have been debarred from admitting new students for MBBS course for academic year 2017-18.
Some of the Colleges have even been debarred for 2 years even.
These Colleges are located in 18 states like Andhra Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Telangana etc.
Due to de-recognition students are now making a beeline for MBBS Abroad at Government Universities. Many of the students don’t have passports and are trying to apply for it under Tatkal scheme.
