MBBS ADMISSISON 2017 LATEST NEWS MCI Denies Permission to 69 Private Medical Colleges in India Some Colleges debarred for 1 year and some for 2 years



Medical Council of India (MCI) resently has debarred 69 Private Medical Colleges in India and they cannot admit students for MBBS in academic year 2017-18.

Some Colleges have been debarred for even 2 years.

Reasons citied are inadequate infrastructure and non-compliance with guidelines of MCI.

MCI has issued an advisory and cautioned students and parents that their admission will not be considered legal in these 69 Medical Colleges.

MCI has also informed that MBBS admission is valid only through common counseling and if any student takes admission directly in a college without counseling then the admission will not be considered legal and will be cancelled.

Due to this reduction in seats for MBBS, students have already started enquired with MBBS Abroad Consultants to take MBBS admission Abroad in MCI Approved Foreign Medical Colleges.
